Using subscriptions, you will be notified about any changes made in documents or transactions according to your specifications. In the inbox you will be given access to the corresponding notifications as well as to your follow-ups.

- Saved queries and retrieval capability
OS|ECM allows you to individually select personal fields of interest. No matter whether you want to view a list of your customers, obtain special project infos or get information about current contracts. Your saved queries can be viewed and used easily in OS|mobileDMS.

- Full text search
OS|mobileDMS keeps you in the loop about company information: the full text search enables you to quickly find the information in OS|ECM which you need and the information is provided in a fast, simple and clearly structured way.

- Features for capturing documents
OS|mobileDMS is an important part of your company-wide document management. This includes to capture information on the go and integrate it in the ECM system.
