OrthoScore was designed to help orthopedic researchers and physicians in their assessment of patients and surgical outcomes. For each assessment score, OrthoScore presents each question and possible responses, computing the score on the fly. After completing the assessment, the results can be emailed, including the option for a CSV-formatted attachment of the results.
