Application Description
House hunters get the best deal and make better informed decision about your dream home or dream rental using OpenHouses.
Realtors/sellers organize pictures, locations and other details of your listings with OpenHouses. Customized views, filters and sharing make selling a breeze.
Features consist of:
Logging and tracking an unlimited number of properties
Automatic address entry through GPS
Interactive map to compare house locations
(Need to allow OpenHouses to access user location when prompted or turn on the location services settings of OpenHouses in Settings to enable the above two features)
Built-in fields for entering the most significant data such as price, year built, and square footage.
Sorting function that allows you to list properties by price, size, etc.
Single click still camera and video camera available in-app to record and share property images and audio commentaries.
Add pictures from Camera roll
Easy swipe through of full sized photos and videos.
Notepad option for additional details; can be edited at any time.
Search through your notes to find a specific property. For example, “swimming pool” or “Jackson Ave”
iCloud Sync to maintain the same list of properties on your iPads and iPhones with the same apple ID.
