The OnsiteReports app allows you to get rid of your paper based forms. Build forms using our drag and drop editor and download them to your phone so you can submit them from anywhere. Capture photos, signatures and use our wide variety of question types when building your forms. On submission of your form you will immediately receive a PDF copy of your submission to the email account you logged in with. The completed forms can also be emailed, printed or the data exported in a variety of formats from your secure web based account. From within your user account you can add users, configure forwarders to Dropbox, Evernote or any other service that accepts email attachments.

The form applets include: attach photo, signature capture, drop down menus, radio buttons, date and time, contact block, plain text, paragraph, textbox, telephone number and more.

The site also allows the company to attach logos; customise the header and sort the submitted forms into sub folders. Admin user can create sub users and then assign forms to these users for download. There is a ticketing system for customer support and an FAQ section.
