One Room’s automated webcasting software allows events, conferences, AGM’s and social functions to be streamed via the internet, giving people who cannot be there the chance to attend virtually.

Our automated software provides a full organisational package: Events are easy and quick to book on our designated admin system; automated e-invitations and follow-up emails are sent with secure, personalised details; and an automatic on/off recording function means that you can just sit back, relax, and focus on the event itself.

The footage is also recorded and stored in ‘the cloud’ to enable people to watch in their own time, or download if they choose.

One Room has been designed to ensure security and privacy, with unique ID logins and passwords for events. Using these details a viewer can log in and watch an event through a choice of up to four independent camera views.
