One Mindful Act is a movement focused on the realization that we can make very small , even unnoticeable sacrifices in our everyday life, which can have a profound effect on someone struggling with hunger. It costs just 25 cents to fill a cup of food.

Use this application to keep track of your mindful acts and when you cross the minimum threshold it will help you find ways to pass it on.

Our goal is to encourage each other to make small changes in our everyday life so that others may get their basic needs met. Whether it is one act a day, a week, or a month, take a moment to create change. Small mindful acts can change a life. By connecting with daily acts of giving you may find your life transformed. We hope you feel inspired to find your One Mindful Act.

When connected with Facebook you will be prompted to publish your mindful act to your Facebook profile. This is great way to share your mindful acts with your Facebook friends. The One Mindful Act application we will never publish without your explicit permission.

Note: There is currently an issue when deleting your Mindful Act from the list. Selecting delete will actually delete the act however the interface will continue to show it. If you need to delete an act, simply exit the application after selecting delete and re-launch, at that point you will see that is has been deleted. A future update will fix the issue.
