This application is designed for oilfield personnel and mud engineers to calculate equivalent circulating density. choose the type of units with the tab at the bottom (US Customary or International/Metric). Input your annular pressure/friction loss, your TVD in feet or metres and the current mud weight/specific gravity. The app will calculate ECD for you.
Note: if you find a bug or have suggestions to improve this app, please e-mail us directly before posting a negative review. We are also taking suggestions for other simplified, usable and big-fonted apps for the oilfield. Our goal is to make oilfield math easier!
