Welcome to the Official Training App of The World Famous Warrior Dash 5k Mud Run Series!
The Warrior Dash Training app provides you with a series of strength workouts, conditioning runs and race simulators tailored to your fitness level. These workouts will focus on building the strength, skill and speed you’ll need to conquer your Warrior Dash.
RACE SIMULATORS
The app features three race simulators, allowing you to experience, without any needed equipment or obstacles, what it takes to complete a Warrior Dash. As you train, continue to test your fitness level by completing multiple race simulations and compare your times.
PERSONALIZED EXPERIENCE
This app utilizes PEAR Sports Training Intelligence and is an interactive, personalized training app that provides real-time audio coaching, and guides you based on your body’s response to each workout.
Accompanying each workout, is a video, making sure you’re always training with proper form.
TRACK AND SHARE
When you complete a workout, simply share your results to your social media channels, or email to a friend and challenge them!
