OCUCARE® is an application developed to help you prevent and alleviate visual disturbances caused by work and continued use of screens.
Continued use of computer screens, e-books, mobile phones, tablets, etc., has substantially altered our visual requirements in so short a time that our visual system has been unable to evolve at the pace at which our habits have changed.

When working with a screen, we do so at a distance of a few centimeters. Our eye settles (focuses on close), which causes discomfort, because the natural rest position of the eye entails focusing on infinity.

Burning sensation and stinging eyes, redness, watery eyes, and increased sensitivity, visual problems, difficulty focusing, seeing spots in your visual field, blurred vision, photophobia, headache, dizziness, cervical pain and contractures ... these are some of the eye responses against excessive and constant muscle effort.

In order to prevent these symptoms, it is advisable to take frequent breaks, as well as change your point of focus, by looking at distant objects, which forces the eye to do the right exercises.

These exercises, as well as the possibility to focus on infinity, can rarely be performed in our normal environment.
