This application is for use by account wagering customers who are 21 years of age or older and may only be used within the State of Nevada. This application allows you to place a wide variety of sports wagers including straight bets, parlay bets, round robins, and teasers. Options are also available to review your open bets and your account history, and to review lists of player injuries and game results.

* A mobile wagering account must be established in person with valid ID and Social Security Number (SSN). The SSN is required per IRS requirements for reporting taxable winnings. All applications are processed to verify that the applicant meets all criteria to open an account.
