Application Description
The fun shapes and numbers activity app for preschoolers.
Six engaging activities designed to build children’s knowledge with basic concepts of numbers and shapes. Featuring fully bi-lingual content in English and Chinese.
Meet the Numbers:
Introducing the Numbers 0 – 9, including digit, word and visual quantity, with a fun animation for each number.
Explore the Shapes:
Explore 16 different shapes, play-along with the animation and count edges of each shape, rotate the shape to see what it looks like at different angles.
How Many?
Help count the fruit and vegetables; learn about counting quantity, and what each quantity looks like.
Spin & Match:
Spin the three shape carousels, and help find the shape matching a specified number of edges, by dragging the shape to the edge number box.
Maths Machine:
Learn about plus and minus arithmetic, spin the carousel wheels and watch the circle stars as they visually perform the calculation in a clear and appealing display.
Picture Shapes:
Find and match the shape and picture, a simple game to associate shapes with real world objects, reinforcing knowledge learnt.
To help support parent and child learning the Take a Break feature will remind you that screen time should only be for short periods, with settings for 5, 10 and 15 minutes, including a parental lock out function.
Content is provided in English and Simplified Chinese (Putonghua), in the expectation that while the kids are learning about the shapes and numbers, they can gain experience of these languages.
