Norwegian iConcierge works exclusively on board Norwegian Epic & Norwegian Breakaway. Once you download the app, input your cruise date and a countdown timer begins. That’s how you know you're in business. Be sure to enable push notifications when you download the app if interested in using the phone and messenger feature.

Once you are onboard, access the Norwegian iConcierge app for step-by-step instructions on how to connect. The Norwegian iConcierge features will activate after you board Norwegian Epic or Norwegian Breakaway, connect and register your device.
