North Bay Road Residence is an interactive visit to a luxurious house located in Miami, Florida. An amazing modern mansion with huge rooms, private beach and pier.

The application allows the user to walk inside it and move with complete freedom. It also allows to change the lighting and see the house at three different times: day, dusk and night. All of them include HDR rendering: the camera adapts to the light in each space.

This applications takes the Ipad to its technical limits: High resolution textures, Amazing polycount and detail, and High Dynamic Range rendering. An incredible experience, it's like visiting a real mansion on your Ipad!
