Op de iPhone kunt u met één klik direct het nummer bellen dat u nodig heeft, op de iPod Touch kunt u echter enkel de telefoonnummers opvragen.
De applicatie bevat onderandere de telefoonnummers van de hulpdiensten, hulp- en infolijnen (anonieme alcoholisten, druglijn, diabetes infolijn, ...), de wachtdiensten van bijvoorbeeld dokters of apotheken en reisbijstand (Eurocross, Europ Assistance, ANWB wegenwacht, ...)
