WHO ARE LOCAL HEROES?
They seem like regular people who love their city or have a passion, but they are very special because they are willing to share their hyper-local knowledge with you. They are trusted members of the community who you can ask to hike to the top of a mountain with you, or simply recommend somewhere to get one of those cappuccinos with a leaf drawn in the foam.

DO YOU HAVE TO MEET A LOCAL HERO?
No, sometimes they are busy too. They have a life.

There are passionate people in every town, if you know some, send them our way :)

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Nothing, but we do enable you to tip a Local Hero after you meet them. Our motto is, "Do unto others."

CAN I BECOME A LOCAL HERO?
Sure, so long as you believe that places are made by people and you aren't some kind of weirdo and you don't leave travelers hanging...then come and help us change the way we travel!!!
