Ninja Tic Tac Toe is a simple Tic Tac Toe game compatible with all popular mobile platforms. It has 3 play modes: single player, 2 player, and online. In single player mode you face off against the computer on one of the difficulty settings. On 2 player mode you play against a friend locally (kinda like using a pencil and paper without the pencil and paper). In online mode you can play against any friend who also has this game anywhere in the world using a simple code to link you together.
