Use the official NHS Football Fan Fitness Challenge to test your health and fitness and see how you compare to fans from around the world. Everyone who plays will stand a chance to win tours of Wembley and tickets to England matches, courtesy of the FA.

Built in association with the Men’s Health Forum and supported by the Football Association, the app gives fans the chance to take a short and light-hearted fitness assessment to find out their ‘transfer value’.

Players are then able to increase their individual transfer values by undertaking 50 challenges – one for each day of the World Cup. Every fan that increases their value also boosts the standing of their team in the Football Fan Fitness League.
