Application Description
NextAction is a procrastination-busting ToDo management tool, getting you started with your todos right away. If you are in the habit of putting off your todos while inventing all sorts of excuses, for example, "I am not in the mood of writing a midterm report right now, instead I'll wait more until a brilliant idea strikes me", then NextAction works for you.
The magic of NextAction is inspired by Mark Twain.

NextAction helps you to break tasks down until they become small enough to be started right away. Just click "striking hammer" icon next to action items.
Daily use
========================
1. Write down projects that you should do.
Ex. write a survey report
2. For each project, jot down a list of actions required for the project
Ex. collect articles, schedule meeting with team mates, etc
3. If an action is too complex to be started right away, just click the "striking hammer" icon to break it down into sub-actions.
Ex. break "collect articles" down into 1) visit the library 2) ask Jim about related books
4. Continue to divide the sub-actions until they reach the level that you can work with right away.
