PLEASE NOTE THAT THE APP IS ONLY FOR IPAD2!
The NeuroPharmacology Atlas3D allows you to navigate an interactive mouse brain and slice it into 74 schematic sections to discover more than 60 internal structures, according to stereotaxic coordinates.
A major part of the schematic section are also available as photograph of Nissl staining real brain slices.
Each internal brain structure comes with description of morphology and function, images, neuropharmacology information and links to real-time updated scientific literature on Pub Med website.
Extra contents such as videos showing the localization of receptors are available for some brain structure.
