Always wanted to fly like a bird over Holland? Turn your dream into a real adventure, because you have never seen Holland like this.

In this App (which is constantly updated), you will find more than 500 photographs by the internationally recognised aerial photographer Karel Tomeï. He takes aloft into the sky to give you a view on a prosperous country that, strangely enough, is for fifty percent under sea level.

So, Holland from above. You see polders and dykes, rivers and lakes, bulb fields and pastures, windmills and churches, villages and towns, parks and forests.

Photographed in a way that only Tomeï can do: beautifully framed and perfect compositions. Some images seem extraterrestrial.

The photos are accompanied by explanatory texts. Author Martine van Rooijen explains why Dutch landscape is so diverse and often has such unusual and surprising structures; Jonathan Ellis provided the translations for the English version.
