On 1st of January 2015, the countries in ASEAN will join in ASEAN Economic Community or “AEC”, which is the challenge and opportunity of the countries in ASEAN intend to develop in every sector of country and also increase the bargaining power in international level. In the other hand, those countries should consider in the new international problems which may occur unavoidably in this situation for the countries in ASEAN, especially Thailand, as the center of ASEAN and also the gateway to ASEAN. “Cyber Threats” is one of those new problems that should be attended by every country.

At the present, Information Technology is developed rapidly and used broadly,

such as the high speed technology of communications which is both of wire and wireless,

extension of mobile phone network, using internet for e-commerce, information broadcasting, s

ocial community, etc. Most of them are used efficiently and make many advantages to people.

But the other side of the coin, the development of Information Technology also be misused

by some people who want to seize for their own benefit.
