Database connection that issues and updates sequentially numbered lists. The app has six entry fields. 4 with customizeable field names. The fifth field is used for task assignment and is generated from a list of users. The sixth field is for notes. After a record is created this notes field is appendable by users and any appended notes are recorded with time and user that appended the notes. The records are all stored on a secure database with each company being able to manage its own users and records from anywhere with internet access. All transactions are secure and password protected. Unlimited uses for this app. Registration on the website is required for database connections.
