Fitness trainer, author and star of NBC’s The Biggest Loser, Bob Harper launches MyTrainerBob, providing everyone with a truly mobile workout experience. The MyTrainerBob app features some of Bob’s best Workouts and signature Challenges complete with exercise images, tips, videos and audio coaching to guide users every step of the way to better health.

CHALLENGES
The MyTrainerBob app features Bob’s signature Challenge series to really help users take charge of their fitness lives. New Challenges are automatically added to the Challenges list regularly without needing an app update and require only a ONE-TIME purchase for lifetime access. While they appear automatically, Bob Harper will be announcing when each new challenge is added on his Facebook page and Twitter feed. Users can then comment on how “challenging” they were and help motivate others to perform them as well.

WORKOUTS
The MyTrainerBob app also comes with 20 pre-made complete workouts, five of which can be performed for free right away. Bob’s fans can try these workouts for the first few weeks to get started before deciding to get the one-time purchase for lifetime access.
