This application is designed for the person who wants to track their favorite player's progress in baseball or softball games without having to score the game for the entire team. myScorer allows the user to set up only the players they are interested in and provides an interface that allows the fan to score that player's at-bat.

Rather than use a traditional scorer's book to design this application, myScorer was designed to utilize the intuitive iPhone GUI to capture the pertinent baseball/softball batting data. This allows even the novice user to accurately track a player's performance.

myScorer provides the ability to send game alerts to cell phones and e-mail accounts for those interested in the games progress. These alerts can simply be score updates or can report on the player's most recent at-bat. This eliminates the need to manually type in text messages with updates during the game.

myScorer also provides an extensive set of batting statistics on your player. Automatically know their current batting average, on-base percentage and slugging percentage after each at-bat.
