As companies strive for more controlled and consistent software development processes, the Software Engineering Institute's (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM®) and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMISM) continue to be leading methodologies for measuring and improving organizations’ software development processes. My Project Management Toolkit is a Web Site providing the tools nessasary to manage IT projects from inception to deployment. Each document template is designed with SEI/CMM in mind. Central to any software process improvement effort should be a process-centric solution, such as the PMtoolkit, which provides the control necessary for implementing CMMI.
