How myMentation Works:

MUSIC: Set the Audio 1 channel to the music you desire from your device – positive, mellow, intense, energetic – whatever gets you going or keeps you interested and engaged.

VOICE: On the Audio 2 channel, play your affirmations – recorded in your voice – to suit your goals. Since no single affirmation is perfect for everyone, you choose the exact words that resonate with you. Set the volume level as a % of Audio 1.

IMAGE: Visualization is very powerful. Add personal images to your affirmations and teach your brain to focus on success through the combined channels of seeing and hearing.

SUB-IMAGE: Create subliminal visual playlists with the Image 2 setting.

PLAYLIST: Design your own Playlist using several affirmations mixed with your music, sound, images or video. Adjust it for your mood, or for any given situation.

SCHEDULE: Use the Schedule to reinforce your affirmations on a regular basis. Time it for each day or several times a day.

TIMER: If you have five minutes, ten minutes, or an hour, simply set the Timer and let go. This way, you aren’t distracted by watching the clock.
