This application allows for the creation of wallpaper (with a solid color background or photo library background) for your device that can include a custom message(s). Although this application was designed for the adding of contact information on the wallpaper, which is viewable from the lock screen, the messages are fully customizable so you can choose the information or message(s) you wish to display.
