myIntake is a simple App for collecting information about your daily intake of some of life's little guilty pleasures. Additionally (and perhaps unfortunately) it also allows you to see how much you've consumed over various durations.

How does it work?
There are three main Categories: Alcohol, Caffeine or Tobacco. All of these have been split down into Groups and Sub-Groups. For each Sub-Group you can record your intake - a bit like a coffee shop loyalty card.

It's up to you
An important design factor with myIntake is that you can use it however suits you best. The Portion sizes and Prices you enter are entirely up to you - myIntake doesn't nag you if you've had 50 Coffees in one day!
