The monitoring of the patient information is done via a securely encrypted website.

Please note: We are not able to override the silence switch on your iPhone. If your phone is in silent mode you will not hear the reminder alarm, but will still get the pop up notification and a quick vibration. This is a limitation of the iPhone and has nothing to do with the application.
