Application Description
Upgraded to IOS4.
This is the Lite version of My Patients. It is fully functional but it has the limit that you can add only 7 patients.
The purpose of this application is to store informations on Patients that you have visited in your ambulatory or in an other hospital, but you can use it to store whatever information you want on your patients.
You can store text information and images (up to 5).
You can easily search text by name, diagnosis, and clinical notes.
You can directly send a pre-formatted Email with all the informations to an user defined (in the control panel) Email address (i.e. your secretary) to program the hospital admission.
Your database can be exported as CSV file (comma delimited text) and imported in any other database on your desktop computer.
Also images can be exported to your camera roll or downloaded to your desktop.
Now finally with iTunes 9.2 and IOS4 you can download or upload your database, your CSV file and all your images via File-Sharing thorough iTunes using an USB connection
