Ideal Weight is a tool that will give an estimate using the BMI methodology around your ideal weight, as well as calculating your BMI.
The tool will also tell you your weight band, i.e. whether you are underweight, normal weight, overweight and so on.
Please note that this is not intended as a diagnosis and should only be used as an estimate. Please refer to your GP or nutritionist for a diagnosis.
