Register a “My HKT” account and manage your fixed-line/ eye, mobile, NETVIGATOR and now TV services with HKT and PCCW through a single login.
Main Features:
- View up to the last three bills
- Update your billing information
- Check your service plan details
- Test your line status
- Check your appointment details
- Update your registered contact info for our service(s)
- Look for the address and contact info of PCCW-HKT shops and customer service centers
One login account will allow you to access both “My HKT” App and “My HKT Customer Service” website (http://cs.hkt.com). If you have already got a login account for the website, please login to “My HKT” app using your existing Login ID and Password.
