The purpose of Muscle Max is to predict your 1-rep max, which is the maximum weight that you can lift for one complete repetition of the movement. Your 1-RM can be used to determine how much weight you should lift for certain programs, or to track your dynamic strength progress. The equation used relies on the number of repetitions to fatigue in one set.

Muscle Max can be used with any workout or muscle group that you choose.

Just enter how much weight that you used and how many reps were completed, and the app will determine your predicted 1 rep max.
