The Motives Project is designed to help employers measure the positive value that training their employees brings. This App is to be used to engage with employers who want to take part in the Motives Project which has been developed by the Ballymun Job centre. The Project is free to take part in and will be launched across Europe. Employers who take part will be asked to give feedback about the project through survey forms within this app, they can apply to take part through application forms within the app. Their is a blog and video section which will be updated on a weekly basis which contains invaluable information for employers on how to maximise their investment in employee training. Employers will be encouraged to return to the app regularly to avail of information unavailable elsewhere.
