Application Description
MobileMax Unified Communications Application for Broadsoft is a FREE app that connects your iPhone and iPad devices to your Broadsoft BroadWorks extension and allows you to make and receive voice and video calls on your iOS device via your VOIP number, access your group directory, and control your extension settings such as: do not disturb, remote office, call forward, etc.
The application supports VOIP calls over WIFI and 3G, click2dial and DTMF call out.
Log in:
Use your BWKS account credentials to log in (username, pw, host). After installation, verify your SIP account details to use VOIP calls.
BWKS account requirements:
1. Client call control service enabled
2. Supports BWKS version 12 and above
3. No need for Xsi support. Use the standard ews portal host address.
For service providers:
Customization and auto provisioning options available. Please contact MobileMax for further details.
