With Mobile Phax, use the camera on your iPhone to instantly capture a document and email it to as many people as you want. Plus, you always get a copy yourself.
We now support email-to-fax services! No phone update needed. You can now send documents directly to a fax machine using one of the following services: eFax, fax(.com), send2fax, greenfax, maxemailsend, myfax, rapidfax, smartfax, trustfax. Let us know if your provider is not on this list.
What makes Mobile Phax unique is the ease with which it allows you to take a picture of a document (however many pages), clean up the photos to make them look like high-grade photocopies, then send them to as many email addresses as you want—all from a single, simple app!
As soon as you take a photo of each page, the images are uploaded to the Mobile Phax servers where Mobile Phax’s patent-pending IMagePROVE(TM) technology automatically crops, rotates and scales the image as if you carefully photocopied each one. Your Phax is then converted to a PDF and sent to the recipients you type in or choose from your contact manager. The printed image looks nearly identical to the original — or even better with the iPhone 4.
You can even create Phaxes in Airplane Mode. Captured images are automatically queued and uploaded the next time you have an internet connection.
