Discover a new music mix with the MIXTRAX App.

Derived from Pioneer’s experience in developing world-renown professional DJ products, the MIXTRAX App analyzes the music library on your iPhone or iPod touch (internet connectivity required) and effortlessly categorizes your music into unique non-stop mixes.

Each mix features virtual DJ effects that blend and transition one song to the next while maintaining the overall tempo and mood of the mix. You can now get into the mix without worrying about cueing up songs, beat matching, or adding effects, as the MIXTRAX App does it all for you.

When a favorite song comes up in the mix or you’re looking for a change of pace, you can now create a new mix with LinkGate. Simply press the album art for the current song and LinkGate will present you with options to create a new mix based on one of five characteristics of the track currently playing: Artist, Genre, Tempo, Age, or All. Select Genre, for example, and a new mix will be created around the same genre of the song you were listening to.

In addition to creating mixes based on your current music library, MIXTRAX can now help you discover new music by utilizing iTunes song samples with Magic Mix. Magic Mix searches iTunes to bring you music that is similar to music you already own and mixes these iTunes previews into your MIXTRAX mix. If you like what you hear, you can tag the iTunes preview track for purchase.

Using 'MIXTRAX Software' (available free of charge) from a Windows or Mac computer is recommended whenever analyzing a large quantity of music.
・The 'MIXTRAX Software' can be used to create music analysis that is uploaded to the MIXTRAX cloud server.

Analyzing music with 'MIXTRAX Software' prior to using the MIXTRAX app will reduce the time required to analyze the songs within the application.
・Connecting the device to a power source is recommended when performing music analysis.
・Music cannot be analyzed in the background.
・Analysis and non-stop mix playback of music with DRM restrictions is not possible.

Magic Mix cannot be used in countries where music purchases on iTunes are unavailable.
