The more traditional mindfulness meditations are usually done at a time and in a place where you won’t be interrupted. Using these meditations will engage you in a different way even though their content may be similar. It is encouraged that you try them as you’ll begin to experience a quietness and sense of stability that will add to what you have with the on the go ones. Listening with headphones is recommended as it makes it more intimate and enclosed for the listener but this isn’t essential as you may want to do them with others, such as friends, relatives or even colleagues.
