Application Description
Find avatars wherever you are and leave messages. If there are no Locis where you are, create new ones and leave a welcome message.
You can find Locis by using the augmented reality interface, a map interface or from a list of Locis - either your favourites or nearby ones.
Each Loci acts as your avatar, managing messages and more.
Every message can have upto 3 emoticons besides text.
Locis can be emailed to friends and when they open the email on their iPhone, the Loci will be added to their favourites.
MiLoci can also be used to track down Locis, showing distance and direction to travel to get to it.
MiLoci is written for the iPhone 3GS. On iPhone 3G, as there is no compass, MiLoci lets you emulates a compass via on screen controls.
As MiLoci uses GPS, this will only work on iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS. Due to the nature of the application, iPhone OS version 3.1 is also needed.
