Requires AMTELCO’s award-winning Infinity 5.51.14 or later call center software, IS release 3.1.3659 or later, SQL Server 2000 or later, Windows IIS Web Server, IS Web 3.1.3659.4 or later, and the Infinity Dashboard system feature.
