MicroMetrics is an application that allows brick & mortar business owners to collect feedback from their customers easily and effectively using an iPad located within their business. Current methods of collecting customer feedback (e.g. receipt surveys, QR-code surveys, online surveys) do not engage customers effectively, and they typically get response rates below 3%.
MicroMetrics provides you will all the tools you need for your customers to fill out a quick survey on an iPad in your store and to get a reward for doing it. Because the surveys are quick, incentivized and on-the-spot, you'll get estimated response rates between 20-30%.
