Functionality Descriptions are as below :-
Account Balance
This is the current balance of the subscriber as retrieved directly from the Bank using Estel Microbanking application
Cash IN
Subscribers can TOPUP their wallet by depositing cash to Banking Agents and in response, these agents transfer the respective amount from their wallets to the requesting subscriber.
Cash OUT
Subscribers can withdraw cash from their wallet via Banking Agents. These agents can initiate transactions to transfer cash to their wallets and accordingly handover cash to the requesting subscriber
Send Money
Unregistered subscribers can send money (remittance) to non-registered subscribers via Banking Agents by paying cash along with applicable fees. For Registered Subscribers transfer can be done using their Mobile numbers however, for non-registered subscribers either Name or Mobile Number can be used.
Recipient will receive a confirmation code (secret code) to be used at the time of receiving money. In case remittance via Name, Secret Code via SMS is sent to the Initiating Subscriber
Receive Money
Recipient upon receiving the intimation from the initiating subscriber goes to the nearest banking agent to receive money. The Agent verifies the identity of the recipient and initiates request to pay cash to the recipient.
PTOP
PTOP is used to transfer fund between two registered subscriber
PTOM
PTOM is used to transfer fund to a registered merchant.
Wallet TopUp
Subscriber use Wallet TopUp feature to update their wallet by using the pin number on available on the scratch card.
