Mercer Analytics is a software-as-a-service application, where we collect workforce data from clients (at an employee level), including both personally identifiable and sensitive information. We then take these records and create measures and analysis on a client’s workforce e.g. Termination Rate, Promotion Rate, Annual Pay Increase Rate. We then visualize these measures into standard dashboards and reports, that the client can access directly via an internet application.
