Description:
Simple list of your current medications, history file of your past medications and list of eyeglass prescriptions.
The function of the application is to provide you with a list of medications ready to use at regular doctor visits and in emergency situations and to keep your medical records organized.

The application is very simple, the list of medications contains the name of medication, the dosage and the start date. The list can be organized into groups of your choice. (It can be group of medications prescribed by one doctor, another group of medications prescribed by another doctor et cetera. Or you can have a group of medications for you, for your family members et cetera.)

MedsListLite supports the following:
1. List of medications with functions:
- list current medications
- add new medication entry to the list
- modify the list entry items (name, date, group, dosage)
- delete medication entry from the list
- move the medication entry from the list to the history file
2. History file with functions:
- list past medications
- delete past medication entry
3. List of eyeglass prescriptions with functions:
- list of eye exams/prescriptions
- add new prescription to the list
- delete prescription from the list
3. Other functions:
- send email with text file attachment containing list of medications and history file
- send email with text file attachment containing list of eyeglass prescriptions

For the user interface, the apps is using iPhone TableView presentations.
For the data storage, the apps is using iPhone SQLite database.
