Service) في التاسع عشر من حزيران لعام 2001 في سجل الشركات ذات المسؤولية المحدودة تحت رقم (6748) برأس مال مدفوع مقداره (1000000) مليون دينار اردني ومرخصة لدى هيئة التأمين تحت رقم 0009/41/06، حيث أن الشركة مملوكة بنسبة 100% من الشركة الأردنية للإدارة والإستشارات شركة مساهمة عامة محدودة.
