This application calculates infusion rates for the drugs listed below.

* Esmolol
* Fenoldopam
* Lidocaine

* Norepinephrine

* Phenylephrine

The user selects one of the drugs and a concentration, enters the patient weight and the required dose. The application calculates the infusion rates and provides a table listing the rates in µg/kg/min
and their equivalency in ml/hr.
