We keep track of your profile, including age, race, height and weight. All in a simple interface similar to the address book which you are acquainted with.
In addition, we track your:
Conditions or symptoms, the medications you are currently using, your allergies, the procedures you may have had in the past, allowing to record the date and any other comments.
MedRecords allows you to track your test results, and your immunizations.
No need to go to your computer or having to call your doctor. You can have all your medical records at your fingertips on your iPhone or iTouch.
