Application Description
Chart for joy.
Medical Chart is a simple and elegant tool for building a medical note. I made it because I wanted a tool so intuitive and effortless that it could actually make charting joyful...and that’s a meaningful use to me.
How it works:
The app starts with no data or templates. When you enter a chief complaint, the data you connect to it is saved and ranked. The next time you use that same chief complaint, that information is available for you to use and add to. Items you use a lot go to the top. Items you don’t eventually get pushed off the page but can still be searched for. The more you use it, the better it gets at giving you just what you need, when you need it, and consequently joy.
Features:
• So efficient you can be done with your note while you are still with the patient
• Type to search
• Dictate directly into the the note with iPads that support dictation
• Tap for positive and swipe for negative entry into note
• Tap again to remove items from the note
• Print the note to Air Print printers
• Email PDF of the note to your own storage
• Password secured
• Delete chart by swiping on the patients name (in Completed section)
