Application Description
Your doctor can provide you a unique and relevant way to share progress, concerns, or questions you may have between office visits.
Med smartCapture™ allows you to securely share personal feedback, health concerns you’re witnessing, and examples of progress you’re making via brief video recordings shared between you and your doctor. Your doctor may ‘prescribe’ certain behavior ‘specimens’ to capture so that you can benefit from this shared information either during your next visit, or in some cases, he/she may send you a secure message from within the app.
