The Days and Amount calculates the number of days and weeks from the first date to the last date. If a weekly or daily payment rate is entered then the total of the payments for the period is displayed.
The Age calculates the age based on the date of birth. The age can be calculated as of any date not just today. If the gender is entered the remaining life expectancy will be displayed.
The Combine Ratings combines multiple rating values according to the method in AMA Guides and the California Schedule for Rating Permanent Disabilities.
Permanent Disability calculates the monetary benefit based on the disability percentage rating.
